    Update 53, The planet Narya

    November 9th, 0155AL

    galesfe532vi1.jpg

bradfv9.jpgBrad: First a forest, then a desert, now grasslands.

brianvy2.jpgBrian: So far no ice planets.

    tifalkafu5.jpg Tifalka: Good.

    galesfe533ex2.jpg

colsarimapy7.jpg Colonel Yalantha Sarima: Ama i ebba pyomí Narya!

    ronulvn5.jpgColonel Yelslew: Siagra!

    Welcome to the planet Narya!

    Thank you.

They walked over to the second building on the left side, and went inside, where a simple briefing room was set up.

colsarimapy7.jpg Colonel Sarima: As you most likely already know, this base was recently set up after DPM 3 explored this planet and found it suitable. You will be stationed here, along with DPM 7, for the next month or two, to help explore the area around here more thoroughly, as well as to explore the planetary system we are in. Your first mission here will be to examine the planet named Parel, where we have recently detected something in orbit.

liljs3.jpg Captain Thobe: Is it just me, or is the day shorter here?

brianvy2.jpgBrian: The day was about 22 hours long, so yes, it is shorter.

liljs3.jpg Captain Thobe: I like the 2 moons though.

bradfv9.jpgBrad: Yes, its a lot better view than on Myon, which has one moon you can barely see.

    galesfe535dy6.jpg

The next day they got in the GS-1 and took off to go to Parel early in the morning.

    galesfe536ay0.jpg

    ronulvn5.jpgColonel Yelslew: There it is.

    bradfv9.jpgBrad: Whatever it is.

brianvy2.jpgBrian: Looks like a big cube made of little cubes.

    galesfe537yt0.jpg

liljs3.jpg Captain Thobe: It looks organic, almost like it is some giant plant like thing.

brianvy2.jpgBrian: A big cubic space plant? That doesn't seem to make much sense.

bradfv9.jpgBrad: Wait, the GS-1 is picking something up on the planets surface.

Organic cubes? I first was thinking of a Borg ship... that would make it Borganic, right?

I wonder what's on the surface!

    Mmmhmmm. I don't what to say, maybe that's God's storage cube. j/k

Great update and if I can offer some advice to DPM6, stay away from big alien objects, especially in space. 3.gif

    Update 54, The planet Parel

    November 10th, 0155AL

    galesfe541jy7.jpg

bradfv9.jpgBrad: Whatever it is, it seems to be underground. The only odd things the GS-1 can pick up right now is that there is more oxygen here than on Myon, and an energy reading coming from up ahead.

    galesfe542pf6.jpg

The GS-1 landed in the forest next to an entrance to a cave, where the signal was the strongest. As they walked out of the GS-1, a foot-long creature resembling a dragonfly took off and flew off into the trees. As they entered the cave, bluish lights in the tunnel turned on, revealing the cave's organic nature.

liljs3.jpg Captain Thobe: At least it isn't dark in here.

marikalfek6.jpgMarikalf: Much better lighting that the original path to the stargate.

    liljs3.jpg Captain Thobe: Huh?

bradfv9.jpgBrad: There is a cave that is attached to the complex where the stargate on Myon is located.

brianvy2.jpgBrian: At least there was until the connection was blocked off.

    galesfe543vj8.jpg

They came to the end of the passage, and the end opened up to a small room with what appeared to be controls along one wall. As they entered the room, the lights cam one, causing a large centipede crawled off of the controls and into the darkness behind the controls. As it crawled off, a projection of what appeared to be a ship appeared in the center of the room.

liljs3.jpg Captain Thobe: Why do the bugs have to be so big?

tifalkafu5.jpg Tifalka: Are there any other images?

    ronulvn5.jpgColonel Yelslew: I'm not sure..

He took out a laptop from the supplies they had brought, and attached connectors to the controls. Several minutes later, the projection of the ship rotated somewhat, then stopped.

    brianvy2.jpgBrian: Was that you?

ronulvn5.jpgColonel Yelslew: I think so, but I need more time to... wait.

    bradfv9.jpgBrad: What?

ronulvn5.jpgColonel Yelslew: I think its about out of power.

    marikalfek6.jpgMarikalf: How do you know?

ronulvn5.jpgColonel Yelslew: One of the read

Yeah, I would not be happy about the bugs and such too. As Homer Simpson would say to the bugs (in the time travel Halloween episode)

"Ewww! Bug! You go squish now!"
