Update 28: Bukhej Dabqa Tower

July 4th, 0155AL

Brad: Hello, my name is Brad Meiring, and --

Brian: Come on Brad, they already know who we are, you don't need to introduce yourself again just because you're older. And in case you're new here, I'm Brian Meiring.

Brad: And the big blue building with the bright white roof is the Bukhej Dabka Tower.

Brian: I still don't know why they chose that color, it looks odd. They could of at least make it tiled.

Brad: It is the 3rd tallest building in Galesfe City at 3297feet high --

Brian: -- 1005 meters for most of the Earth --

Brad: -- and we live there!

Brad:  As you go higher up you can see more and more of the city --

Brian: -- But Polarka and Lkety Tower block your view somewhat --

Brad: -- from the rooftop plaza areas with the tables and potted plants.

Brian: The very top of Bukhej Dabka Tower. They seem to have a problem at the building with the big onion dome.

Brad: They got waterfront forests here as well, and easy place to go if you want to get away from the city without going too far away.

Brian: Mt. Jamig has more trees though its slightly farther away.

Brian: And here's were we live!

Brad: It has nice high ceilings too, unlike Lkety Tower.

Brian: We live on the 100th floor, just below the plaza.

Brad: But the building has a total of 192 floors.

Brian: By the way, we have jobs now.

Brad: We work for Khatak Productions, and we help design new starships, both for commercial use, and some for the Myonian military.

Brian: The military ones are top secret though, so we can't tell you about them.

Brad: It's nice because we only have to work certain days, we get paid good,--

Brian: -- And it isn't boring!

Brian: And here's the Conrad International Building. It's shiny.

Brad: Though it has an odd name for being a residential building.

Update 29, Story: Off to Mt. Jamig

July 9th, 0155AL

Brad: There's one of the farming skyscrapers from Zanapolis.

Brian: I hope everything is okay there.

Brad: Huh? Why would there be a problem at the farming skyscraper?

Brian: Not there, at Zanapolis.

Brad: Oh. I don't know, there been all sorts of stuff going on there, riots, starship battles, antimatter problems...

Brian: I really don't want to think about what else could happen there.

Brad: Already Carpathia and Zabitake have evacuated their embassies there.

Brian: There's the Syomï Minazí Êd Myon.

Brad: I wish the national soccer team would do better, we didn't do good last SUFA Cup.

Brian: At least we weren't last.

Brad: That's true...

Later that night...

Brian: Should be better camping here than at Granon Hogankhum.

Brad: Yes, Mt. Jamig doesn't say anything about aliens.

Brian: Remember when we put a can of beans out on someones campfire when we were at Granon Hogankhum?

Brad: That was funny, and they never figured out how it happened!

*There is suddenly a distant boom, almost like thunder*

Brad: What was that?

Brian: Don't know, might be the military doing something again.

Brad: Yeah, that's it... They've been doing all sorts of stuff recently, ever since the al'Hasiq began their plan to attack Vinawasho.

Brian: *Yawn* I'm going to sleep now...

Brad: Me *Yawn* too...

The Syomï Minazí Êd Myon, I got the city to open the roof so I could get a picture of the inside. It's elevated up on the platform in case of hurricane flooding, just like the raised park walls in other parts of the city.

The farm skyscraper again, shown next to some other buildings showing its size. Each of the boxes on the side is a single module, and it is 2x4 modules wide, and 5 modules tall.

Syomï Minazí Êd Myon: Its name in English is "National Stadium of Myon"

Granon Hogankhum: In English, it is "Alien Peninsula". It got its name way back when Galesfe City was founded back in 0044AL, when it had a high amount of UFO sightings. This has continued and is still going on now, and more UFO sightings have been reported from downtown skyscrapers, off in the direction of Granon Hogankhum. The main reason people go there to camp is to try to see the UFOs up close, though they rarely get close enough to see well... There have also been occasional alien abductions from there as well.

Update 30, Story: Off to Mt. Jamig continued

Brian looked around at the empty room and listened for activity.

Brian: Where am I? And where's Brad at?

There was suddenly a noise at the door, and an al'Hasiq walking in. Brian sent it flying back through the door into another room with a telekinetic blast, and looked in at it. it was crumpled in a heap on the far wall, buried behind several other things that were sent back along with it.

Brian walked out another door, into a different room.

Another al'Hasiq walked in from a door on the opposite side of the room and aimed its gun at him. Brian blasted a big fireball at it, and the al'Haisq dropped its gun in surprise just before it was roasted.

Brian: Why won't you al'Hasiq leave me alone!

Voice: Brian!

Brian: Who's there?

The room suddenly shook and Brian nearly fell over.

Brian: What's going on?

Voice: Brian, wake up!

Brian opened his eyes, and saw Brad looking at him.

Brad: I was beginning to think something was wrong, you just wouldn't get up!

Brian: *yawn* I was having a really weird dream.

Brad: What was it?

Brian: I was in some sore of al'Hasiq building, or ship, and I had telekinetic powers like some of the Muphridians, and I was fighting the al'Hasiq, trying to find you.

Brad: Interesting. It'd be nice to have powers like that.

Brian: Yeah, it make moving heavy stuff around easier--

Brad: --and you could be able to tell what is on the other side of a door without having to open it.

<Later on, along on of the paths in Mt. Jamig>

Brad: Sure is nice here, quiet,--

Brian: --a little too quiet, though--

Brad: --and shady.

Brian: Too bad there aren't more of the trails here.

Brad: Why does it seem like something bad is going to happen?

Brian: What?

Brad: I just have this weird feeling something is  going to --

There is suddenly a loud, low rumbling, and the ground began to shake, causing both Brad and Brian to fall down, and then, just as quickly as it began, the Myon-quake stopped.

Brad: YOUCH!!!!

Brian: What happened?

Brad: I'm not sure, but my arm really hurts, I think it's broken... ow

Brian: There's a place just don the trail were we could get it checked out.

Brad: Owh, okay.

Brian: Well, you were right about the something bad was going to happen.

Brad: yeah...

Doctor: Brad will be out in about half an hour.

Brian: Okay.

Brian sat down in the waiting room, and picked up a science magazine and began reading, until Brad came out, his left arm now showing the beginning of some bruises, and a bandage, but otherwise looking normal.

Brian: Are you okay?

Brad: Yes, its still sore, but it a lot better than before. They put something in my arm next to the bone, then used an AGPU type thing to move the bones in position and got the stuff in the cracks between the 2 bone parts, where it hardened.

Brian: Definitely a lot better than the way they do it on Earth.

Brad: You can actually use it here after the fix it, on Earth you have to wait for it to fully heal.

zelgadis: I meant what type of passenger ship. Though, with the length of time it would take to go between most planets, they would have to be big so they could have rooms where people can stay.

Update 31, story (sort of): From the Mountains to the Coast

July 10th, 0155AL

As Brad and Brian were heading back to their tent, the ground suddenly lurched again, causing Brian to bump into one of 2 muphridians who were passing.

Brian: Sorry

Muphridian 1: It's okay.

Muphridian 2: It wasn't your fault.

Brad: it was Myon's fault.

Muphridian 1: Yes.

Muphridian 2: By the way, I'm Marikalf Parcholv, and this is my sister Tifalka.

Brian: Hello Marikalf and Tifalka, --

Brad: --we're Brad and--

Brian: --Brian Meiring.

Tifalka: Do you like exploring?

Brad: Yes, why?

Marikalf: We're going to go explore the forest north of the city, --

Tifalka: --and we'd like someone to come with us.

Brian: Yes,

Brad: We can come, next weekend we don't have to work on Monday.

Tifalka: Okay, We'll send you a message sometime this week before then so you know where to meet us at.

Brian: Okay--

Brad: Can't wait!

Huh, there seems to be a pileup in the parking lot...

This is the light rail line where it crosses M-11 in the downtown area. They had a lot of trouble figuring out how to build it, as this was the only are where they could go without having massive demolition--

--but they still had to deal with 2 skyscrapers that were in the area. They decided to build a slightly below ground line, so that when it got to the skyscrapers and M-11, it could go underneath them, and they didn't have to blast holes though several city blocks to do so, though they did have to remove some trees. The new line allowed much greater mobility though the city, as people no longer have to transfer to subway or bus lines to get between the east and west side of the city.

The Atlantica embassy, with a great view of the river, and easy access to the rest of the city, as well as Myon City with the private transporter located inside the building that travels between the 2 parts of the embassy: the main part here in Galesfe, and the smaller section in Myon City.

<Back at Brad and Brian's house>

Brad: Hey, the new newspaper is ready!

Brian: About time, it usually is ready a lot earlier than this.

They pressed the enter button on a small black box that had the words News Report Myon on the side, and a holographic menu came up, showing several different options. They selected the current paper choice, and the menu was replaced with the front page of the paper.

Unidentified starship!? That's intriguing!

The reason why the Prime Minister travel to Zabitake than peaceful Myon is, because she is interested in Zabitake's Vashulakatara'vashuvi'belanushi'kutashametu. Zanapolis Cyberforce team will attempt to connect Vashulakatara'vashuvi'belanushi'kutashametu to Cyberdrome 14 of Zanapolis and make things ready to engage from there.
