Is the proposed neighbour going to be the large city tile? If so, I think you should make that the center of the region. Zone med-density on the islands and on the waterfront, but have downtown there. Just my opinion.

I like the new developments in Blakewood and Cedar Plains (Sounds familiar but I don't mind, it's an honor to see some Ocean Point town names in here 3.gif). Very suburban/rural type of feel. I like the small town atmosphere without farms. Looks very realistic.

BTW, I see the PEG pines all over your towns. They look great! I'm thinking of getting that Mod, but I have a question about it.

Does the PEG Pines Mod replace the default oak trees which can be made before a city is incorporated? In other words, do existing oak trees turn over to pines or do you have to manually do it? Thanks.

    Great job as always.

This will be my last reply for a while, I'm out of town after this. Cedar Plains look amazing, and it's great to see that Blakewood is developing. Love your CJ, keep it up, and don't get mad when I don't reply, because I'm gone!

looks good so far... the only issue that I would have is that there is no way in HE** I would drive in a town that has THAT many stop lights!  2.gif

I would like to see more streets, and I know that you don't want to use them, but too many stops... guess it would force me to use the subway/trains!

    Jaqulina: Thanks for the comment.

comdude21: Thanks. IDK, because when I started this CJ, I never had any oaks so....The Pines are actually form Teirusu's (Did I spell that right) God Mode Tree mod. His website is down, but thanks to Sim_Idiot, It is on the second page of his CJ. 10.gif43.gif

RHF: Thanks, and I hope you come back soon! 10.gif

your_adress_here: Thanks for the comments. 2.gif

SC4 Meister: Thanks, the update should come soon.

corryzahn: Thanks, although I wouldn't use streets due to several reasons, *ahem* Lower capacity, and it doesn't show on the transportation map. Thanks for the suggestion though, I too would't want to drive on those streets. 28.gif10.gif

To All: The update should come very soon, in about 45 minutes or less. 2.gif

Update 7.3 The Farms are a great area but is a pain in the neck in the region shot.

    CPSFarms.JPG

Update 7.7 The area is finished. Enjoy the slums, not really. 47.gif

    <ahttps://www.simtropolis.com/idealbb/files//CPSZoneDevelopment.JPG align=baseline>

Update 7.8 Abandoment is the new area isn't good, due to long commutes.

Those suburbs look awsome! Great job. As to the vote I'll go with 'a.' But with that vote is, I think you should make you farms a little further away from the suburbs. You don't often see a large development and then a farm across the street. Great job though! Can't wait for more!9.gif

Keep those farms! And I agree with bobinator, should be further away from development. Other than that, awesome job, and keep it up!
