@Frenchizzle34  this is an intresting topic and i have some complimentary questions If i have more than 1 profil and place them parallel, how does the game.exe know which one to us ?  If i would do this i would also need to move the plugins to another hard drive, instead of the documents folder on C drive because in the end the space requierd would be greater than i have availeble on C drive...

First, people complained about the high costs of buildings. Then they complained that CAM on hard mode ruins the game because the starting funds are too low. And now this complaint. Decide what you want because I can’t keep making the same changes over and over again to please everyone. PS:  You picked the wrong mod. The mod that changes the budget is this one:    

No se que lo causa pero al instalarlo con SC4pac arruina por completo el juego, se vuelve aburridor, al inicio te dan muchisimo dinero, 500.000 en dificill, esto quita la gracia del inicio y el reto, solo construyes a lo loco y si empieza bajar hay si te enfocas en generar ingresos, y mas a eso muchos edificios ahora se desbloquean con población mas alta, entonces terminan solo construyendo infinitamente sin mas, y mas aun los servicios ocupan casi todo el mapa de rango, prácticamente una escuela peque;a unas 4 veces bien ubicada cumple de sobra, eso no hace el juego mejor, lo hace aburrido, sin gracia, no se si sea CAM o sus infinitas dependencias pero por favor, arreglen eso, que es mas divertido luchar constantemente contra el presupuesto y los servicios que literalmente solo construir sin mas, que un buen city builder tiene ambos, reto y creatividad, que una bonita ciudad sea fruto de tu esfuerzo y no solo de que usaste un mod que te da ventajas exageradas, el problema que resuelve CAM esta muy bien pero si es a costa del disfrute del juego entonces ya no es divertido. It’s more fun to constantly struggle with the budget and services than to literally just build endlessly. A good city-builder has both challenge and creativity—a beautiful city should be the result of your effort, not just because you used a mod that gives you exaggerated advantages. The problem CAM solves is great, but if it comes at the expense of the game’s enjoyment, then it’s no longer fun.

That's my home city! I am sitting right in the middle of it while typing this on my computer.  The terrain is rather accurate. Nice upload. 

Given the age of this, it was probably made using Maxis items. You'll probably need to be sure the two Maxis bldgprop files (or this one) are in your plugins.
