KK Utilities Company Auxiliary Pack Built by Kloudkicker Industries Two plopable buildings used by the utilities company and are found in the landmarks menu. Both have small positive LM and MR effects and each supply your city with commercial service jobs. The lots are visually blended so they can be placed together or separately. Keep one lot or both, remove the one you're not using. Utilities Locating Service Building- Office used for locating and marking underground utilities for customers. Stats: Lot size= 2x2 Jobs= Cs$$ 60, Cs$ 110 Plop cost= 950, Bulldoze cost= 75 Power/Water Consumed=11/22 LM Effect= 10/255 MR Effect= 5/255 Utilities Company Service Garage- For servicing fleet vehicles, and also used for storing supplies and equipment. Than open folder inside named "Kloudkicker" and open folder in there labeled "KK UtilitiesCompanyAuxPack README". After reading the README text file inside, remove folder "KK UtilitiesCompanyAuxPack README" and store it in a separate place other than the two plugins folders or discard it. Take folder "Kloudkicker" and place it in the Documents SimCity 4 Plugins folder. Enjoy while playing. Uninstall: Bulldoze all of the lots in every city they were placed and then remove the file('s) from your Plugin folder. I'm telling my mom on you!
