    Nice tutorial I've enjoyed reading all the one's you have written. But I have one question. Shouldn't the arrows for the on/off ramps be the other way so cars that are getting off don't have to drive by where other cars are getting on? Or am I just looking at it wrong? I want to make sure so that I do it right in-game.

    Isn't there a 10mb rule for the STEX? You also need to upload a JPG greyscale for maps to be able to render, unless thats what you're talking about when you say ZIP.

    The story and this city look like they have potential. But judging from all the brown box's you haven't downloaded the dependencies for all those BAT's, they should be in the BAT's description or readme file.
