@samubo, of course everyone started from very simple things, but the point is, that there is no need to upload everything one creates and things like this, consisting of just one cylinder is way to easy to make, there is absolutely no effort behind this... and if the newbie isn't sure about his bat he can post pictures of it in the forum where other people would help him.

Something different from what I usually upload because it is not a civic building and it's growable. It looks quite simple, just a three storey building with grey walls... click me to see another screenshot! The Capital of the World!

I also think there will not be a capital of the world, however I wouldn't like to have an american or chinese or russian or indian city as the capital because those countries have a strong military and I am sure people from other countries wouldn't agree with that. It would be like the world belongs to them... A city in a small, neutral country would be the best. -

It looks very nice but i think the building doesn't have the right size, you need to rescale it to make it bigger

I think there are way better ways to spend the money than on projects like this. Many rural regions of Russia are almost dying because there is no future for many people, especially the young ones. And the corruption level, even of the police, is very high too...
