The Simcity4 Lot Editor(1) or B.A.T.(2). Please tell me as you post on this thread. I will say which of the two won on October the 9th. I have a lot to ask here so please read on. Someone tell me the where the Lot editor and the B.A.T. is? I don't understand what textures are? How do you make textures? What are props? What is SimMars? How do you make a region using a digital camera? How do you make a Mod? Please answer as many of my questions as you can when you post, even if someone has already answered it. I will be very thankful if someone will make a tutorial on the B.A.T. for me. Thankyou if you READ all of this. I'm sorry about how long this paragraph was. I'm new here so please be nice. When I was talking about making a region using a digital camera. I had found in someones thread that you can take a picture using a digital camera and the landscape of the region would look like the picture. Where is everybody? I still want people to put what they think for the questions.
