Hi everyone! Yesterday, I began the preparation of my famous Sangria... The fruits took a bath of red wine the whole night and this morning, its taste was wonderful. I'll have to add another bottle of wine and sugar in a few minutes. That's how it looks actually, halfway to its top... Hummmm, real home made Sangria... I'm sending a glass to everyone who's willing to taste! Remember: if you put another liquid than red wine in your Sangria, it's not Sangria. Bye!

Strangely, a set of high quality German utility knives is something I'm dreaming of. Yes, I like cooking (I bought a full set of pans and pots before my first car) and quality tools like that makes it easier. Regarding your new year revolution, it's hard to tell if you'll be granted... @vid: me I'll try to gain 20 pounds... Walking like you did is a nice way to loose it btw. @Voar Tok: the only resolution I'm taking is not taking resolution. Just by saying so, I can't realize it so my conscience feels better when it's time to be wild on other things... @MsD: instead of ordinary rum in your cola, try speced rum insted. About Sangria, it's one of my few specialites... In fact, I'm making 3 liters of the nectar almost each Christmas since... probably 2000. A kind of new tradition. This year, it will change a little bit since I'll make it for the 31st. Be advised: if you put a single drop of another liquid than wine in Sangria, then it's not a real one! @your_adress_here: you're very brave to try analysing zuke's language. I'm sure that if a translator position opens up, you'll be considered. @Fred_Ginger: yes, shame on us! About the global view, I wonder what you mean exactly. Is it on a specific topic? About Capitalismas: a few years ago, my family decided to celebrate Christmas without gifts. What a nice thing! We're keeping what's more important: being together and have a good time. The only exception is for my god-daughter since it's the our first Christmas together (I've been in Africa last year for her first Christmas, a heartbreaking situation). I have a special gift for her: a a book with pictures with both French and English words! It's never too early to learn English... Weather here: we didn't have a single drop of rain since it stayed cold the whole week. We have plenty of snow left on the ground (0.5 to 1 m). Today, between -8 and -2 C, cloudy and a fluffy snow is suppose to be falling tonight. That's typical and fantastic Christmas conditions... So the timing is right for... My grandfather used to call that Moose berry! Bye!
