  1. Just wanted to chime in for anyone having issues still following the PDF and suggestions above: The MSVCR71.dll above apparently isn't the one needed, MSVCP71.dll is. Once you drop that in your SystemWOW64 folder alongside MFC71 and GDIPLUS, SC4DatPacker works fine!
