  4. Greetings, I'm getting back to the game after many years away from it, so please forgive if this is a duh moment. I'm getting the angry traffic advisor prompt relatively early in the game. This is something I would've expected in vanilla, but with NAM, I'm assuming this shouldn't be happening so soon? This is my city. after watching hours of Rob's guide to SC4, and reading some posts, I'm supposed to set the TSCT to ultra. but apparently this tool is now discontinued, and replaced with Simulator Z 3.0? I can't find too much info on Simulator Z. So am I just playing this game badly, or am I missing something with NAM/TSCT? Many thanks in advance.
