I've been playing this game for like 6 months and the cities were fine the first two months (i also 4gb patched it around then) then i installed a mod pack and they are like this, i liked it the original way better, how do i fix this? I removed the mods and it was still like this anyway. I recently got sc4 launcher to fix a crashing bug and to add autosave.
