I wish to completely restart my game to its default state on Steam, including any mods or save files. I have already tried asking this on the official Cities: Skylines Discord server, but I had no luck there as my question was not answered sufficiently, nor appropriately.
I'm asking because the Paradox Launcher fails to launch, without even closing and giving no information other than an "error: game failed to launch" message in regard to pre-launch crashes or any other failures whatsoever. So, I've just had enough and wish to revert the entire game to get around this issue.
I DO NOT wish to discuss the loading issue any further and just want to remove all progression and changes to the game - further questions in relation to the failure itself will be ignored.
