To be honest Megatowers are sooo broken that it could go beyond ur imagination! Sudden power failure although I am producing about 113 mw more, 'no relief from work' is just random, I just shut that floor down n restart the game switch on and cool every one id moving in! but u cant play a game in such a way.

nd as ur data is showing u have fat too low industries n shopping places prop them first see what happens if that doesn't solve that start dezoning n bulldozing houses..

Hey bud when u r starting a city calculate those numbers, they are related n u have to prop a city which is underemployed means jobs available should b more than the workers bcz industries, shops can work with less employee but when u get to this point u citu will crumble to death n if ur traffic is bad then even propping industrial zones at other cities doesn't work. Just do this find some mid wealth or low wealth or high wealth whatever the data is showing n bulldoze those houses n remember to doezone first so that new residentials can't b built there, continue these prices until u get '0' unemployment. There r no other way I was having that same issue so i had to shut down my mid wealth apartment in a megatower which solved the problem, don't hesitate to bulldoze to help city grow...
