Need help with a 3D model of a cathedral I have made (Blender)

Thank you so much! I'm afraid I had misunderstood @boformer: instead of ctrl+A, I was thinking of just A to select everything. I have managed to get it to scale! The texture is horrific, but I'm sure I'll manage to sort it out once I get around to it! Thanks so much everyone! -

Yes, I launched it with no mods and no workshop. Ah okay, I see. If I change the scale, the dimensions change, and I get the squashed version that I see in the asset editor. I'm not sure how to fix that and make sure it's the right shape whilst maintaining a scale of 1. -

I tried to go into it, but it crashes every time I select my asset now. -

Doesn't the orange outline mean that it's all one object? -

Hiya! I made a model of Albi's Sainte Cécile cathedral in the south of France in Blender, then tried to make the texture for it. The texture didn't work out but I didn't look into it as much because I had another problem: the model, once imported into the asset editor, was all squashed. I tried reducing the size of it but it still got squashed. And now when I try to select it in the asset editor, it crashes the game. I'm not sure why this is happening, and I'd appreciate any help on this topic! This is my model (I kept it simple) :
