Thing is... when is it released... officialy they say late Sept, more probably early Oct (TO MY ABSOLUTE DISMAY since I'm in classes by then, sorry for the brief CAPS). But Gamestop has it shipping in February of 2006. That would be terrible if I have to wait that long... I'm impatient... Anyways... I like how the terrain REALLY reacts to your alignment. Supposedly the game did that in BW, but it was so minor that it wasn't that much of a big deal. The one thing I am VERY concerned about is the volcano miracle... seems kinda unbalanced. That one video showed how it destroyed the entire city. I mean... if it were that easy. The creatures look STUNNING (except the cow, why on god's green... Eden... would they keep such an oddball creature. I'd rather have an ostrich... hmm... I really want one now....) I hope my computer can handle it. Seems kinda massive and the pics of the islands and water are unbelievable! Can't wait to get my hands on this, I am sure this will take away time from homework, but thats ok, its money well spent.

Miineapolis Urbanism applied to SC4?????
confused04 replied to senekerk's topic in Architecture & Urban Planning
A climate controlled connection between two buildings over a road so pedestrians don't HAVE to go outside in the midst of winter. = skyway. I hail from Hamline University in St. Paul. Almost daily I can see both downtowns from the Snelling bridge just north of campus. I love downtown Minneapolis. What pleases me most is that there isn't ONE dominating structure, but three relatively equal structures that are within 2 meters in height. Summit Avenue is a VERY beautiful street. The light rail is complete from the Airport to the other end. They are discussing a link between the two downtowns through University Avenue (named for my college, to the dismay of the U of M students). Its quite a controversy, and I won't be around to see it completed, but I do hope they connect the two downtowns with the light rail -

I have 2 questions... 1) If we have to maps directly adjacent to each other, can we make connections freely? 2) Are we going to have a national assembly kinda thing where we can make national decisions... or whatever... -

As you already know helomoto... I wish to join. I do not wish to give you my email address (its a school one so I need to be a bit choosier when its sent out). Just PM if you have any questions Confused04. I'd like to play Maps #37 and #38. Edit: I forgot... Post #300!!! (It only took nearly two years) -
Sorry to post back to back, but I think its warranted since its been awhile and Gamespot has updated their preview to show something very intersting. http://www.gamespot.com/pc/strategy/blackwhite2/preview_6129173.html You can get your creature to cry by beating his beloved teddy bear!!! OMG! That's going to create hours of mindless fun. I've gotta be a jerk sometimes.

I LOVED Black and White and its completely creative and innovative system. I mean, no interface whatsoever to speak of! The creature A.I. was in the Guiness Book of World Records for being the most advanced, but hopefully this new game will have an even better A.I. I did beat Black and White, multiple times in multiple ways. I was disappointed at the shortness of the game, but BW 2 will not dissapoint, with its 10 seperate lands. I've been watching this game for several years and if you guys wish, IGN has several clips of the miracles (which have multiple modes... thats awesome). The graphics are incredible... and... well, my 50 bucks are waiting to be spent.

@ ilovedogs18: Are you talking about the dog? I normally don't hear my name and hot in the same sentence ( and everytime I do its either temperature related, or that one time the teacher seemingly came on to me... still a bit scarred from that.)

http://img144.imageshack.us/img144/2834/mydoggie2km.jpg align=baseline> That be me.... This cute... adorable... puppy! (Although she is near 4 years old) Here's me... really. http://img52.echo.cx/img52/3563/Picture959.jpg align=baseline> The humor in this picture is oh-so-subtle. First... I'm as not-ghetto as you can get. Two... unlike Masher, I never wear hats unless my safety/health are at stake. And finally, I'm at a store where you buy things NOT used for the computer or digestion.

They can be pretty confusing.. And malaysians. Crazy cultures over there. It could have just been a gay experince. Everyone has one... eventually. quote> Yes, I have seen Filipinos.... Nevermind... I found it. It was here on ST.

Seeing all these pictures of everybody is actually quite shattering. Based on how people talk and their interests, I form my own mental image, and now that I have the real images... it just doesn't seem the same... Except Masher, the image I had isn't that much different. Although the voice thing kinda shattered my perception anyway... never knew you had an accent. Type better than some (some = a lot) of English only Americans.

I actually don't consider San Andreas a great game... its decent, but in all essence, its hardly different from the first two. Yea you can customize how your character looks, yea there are three cities instead of one, and yes there are other little things here and there that are new. But the basic design of the game has hardly changed at all and I found San Andreas a game that I could get sick of quite fast and I don't mind not having finished the game. The gangster map was cool, except the territories were like... 2 buildings and quite tedious. San Andreas is good, but not, in my opinion, among the best. Medal of Honor: Frontline Kingdom Hearts (for being Disney, it was actually quite fun to my surprise) Grand Theft Auto III and Vice City (Something about Vice City made it stand out more) Lord of the Rings: Return of the King Final Fantasy X Spiderman 2 Prince of Persia Freedom Fighters (Surprisingly good, even though the storyline was not as developed as I had desired and i'm surprised anyone actually liked it with me) Metal Gear Solid 2 Sorry, but I found Driver 3 was a terrible knockoff of Grand Theft Auto and although its driving was more realistic, I did find the fact that most fences couldn't be knocked down VERY annoying.

To the dismay of most people here.... I CAN'T WAIT!!!! *Spasm* *convulse* *foam* This has EVERYTHING I am interested in, ranging from Biology/Evolution, to Architecture to Sci-Fi and the Civilization like stuff. I would pay premium $$$ for this game. Whats better... it will run so much more smoothly since many of the processes have been confined to simple equations... thus to my knowledge, better performance. Imagine.... a game where you don't have to worry about humongous lag times or low frame rates (for those who can't afford top of the line computers).

I will be moving out of home and going to move in to my dorm. But in the mean time I will have little or no access to the internet. I'll be back hopefully Sept 5.

No one shall EVER... see my picture. The only way anyone is ever going to see me is if they magically decide it would be fun to... A) Harass me at college B) Or drive all the way down to Salisbury Maryland, and search EVERY seafood restaraunt (and we're near the bay and Ocean so you'll find a lot of them here) within the next two days to find me busing tables. Now if anyone goes to those lengths to find me... I'll give you a free... cookie. And Oreo maybe

I got Driv3r June 30 for PS2 and quite frankly, I was unimpressed and I found the aiming system too cumbersome and rediculous. I didn't really find this incarnation of Driver that exciting and hardly different from all the previous versions. The graphics are nice, and thats about all I can say about the game. It is something I play when I haven't cashed a paycheck and I dont' have any money on hand to buy a new game. I'd give it maybe a 4 out of 10.

Hello, I'm Ynnek Rellim from Salisbury Maryland... what a fun place to be. Sometimes called ****ville or Smallsbury. Its a small town of 25,000 or so unless you include chickens.... then we become one of the biggest cities on earth with at LEAST 7,000,000 to 8,000,000 at any given time. This area is known for providing 1/5th of the worlds chickens which I still don't believe. (Russia's embargo of our chickens has sent our economy south... but thats what Ocean City is for) I am 17, a student currently enrolled at Wicomico High school and I also work as a dishwasher/steamer/food prep/whatevertheywant at a seafood restaraunt.
