I think you guys have it all wrong, it wouldn't be like a lottery at all, instead it would be more of a computer trying to create and solve a sudoku game. Let me elaborate. In sudoku, every square is related to each other square, because of one square being one way, say its Dirty industrial, high tech industrial wont develop next to it. Similar how in sudoku, a 1 cannot be next to another 1, its a stretch but it gets the point across.

Odd, I thought that it was that the period went outside unless the quote itself was a complete sentence, maybe if you wanted to get into grammar, although I could be wrong, but it's just a typo get over it, people make mistakes.

It's simple, when you plop a station on top of track, it removes the track and then adds the station, thus removing the middle tile, so if you build the station then run the rail through it you can do it in one go!

Hmmm.... What it looks like, is that your suffering from severe congestion. There are multiple ways to counter congestion 1.) Use buses whenever possible, this is best because they do not add congestion to the roads and are faster then cars, but people of $$ wealth and $$$ wealth are hard pressed to use buses they would rather use cars. 2.) Add mass transit: Mass transit is expensive relatively to buses, but does pay off because you get really high speed commutes, good for city to city. I would recommend monorails for high speed passenger traffic, however elevated rail has the advantage of being able to go to subway, which is awesome for major cities that have trouble with surface street congestion, it's just getting people to use them thats the challenge for me XD. 3.) You could add more avenues that are more straight shots between cities and points of interest, like industrial, commercial, or residential blocks. But thats what I THINK you were trying to say, you come off a bit flustered to me so I can't tell what your trying to say, we can't read minds here! But your region looks great!

Wow I can't belive how good this cj is. I think its awesome that someone is looking into this with such great detail. Who knows we may soon be building grid cities! Must take tons of patience tho, all of those roads... Also it makes sence how the avenue systems work. Most of the time we use them like highways when they are not, they are more like super capacity roads...

Wow tjd thats amazing, I still cant get over how great it looks. I think my area would be prity tough to do due to the mountainis parkland that we have. would be hard to get the details, all the other areas would be prity easy to deal with. Then again getting the terraforming right would be prity hard. Even tho I could get the exact hights off of google earth. And with the suburbs, in my area all the houses are cramed together(aprox 1x1 for each in game, but even that would be way to big).
