  1. After a bit of a hiatus I return with the Carribean inspired Saint Valier! Be sure to put on the soundtracks to either Monkey Island or Tropico.
  2. New map, Brazilian inspired São Vitória! (Did also upload a Japanese map, Kitakyushu a few days ago but I forgot to post here!)
  3. New map, and at long last a boreal one, Nordmark!
  4. Nah it's all from the game. I don't know how to process images and whatnot. It's like my thumbnail images for my maps, just a simple text put over a screenshot in paint, pretty much sums up my knowledge
  5. Aye, with the right LUT, some sun shafts and a good angle it's quite amazing how good it can look. The Southport one turned out way better than I could have hoped for.
  6. And yet again we stick to the southern hemisphere. I give you; Southport, Tasmania.
  7. And again we travel to New Zealand for a map, welcome to Auckland!
  8. New map released, Portsmouth, New Hampshire! (And Maine)
  9. Been a bit inactive here in the forum but I've still been doing some maps! The pack has been updated with no more then 9 whole maps since I posted The Dardanelles, so take a look at 'em and tell me what you think! Here's two screens from my two latest maps Ahrensruhe and Malangas.
  10. An another map completed, this time it's the mighty Dardanelles that makes an appearance!
  11. After a bit of a hiatus I'm now back with a map inspired by Stockholm the capital of the greatest nation on earth. The first post has been updated with a link.
  12. Show us your Area view

Humble beginnings in the Coolabarra Bay Area... 30K ish.
  13. It looks pretty decent from the screenshots but I havn't tried it. The hardest thing for me while making maps has been waterflow, either getting good currents at sea or trying to not get weird tidal waves in rivers, if your rivers work and all the connections are set up properly you're good to go. There's no right way to make a map, some people like adventure maps, some like hyperealistic and exact ones to recreate cities on but I think if you yourself enjoy playing on the map you should feel satisfied. The only thing I can think of that you could improve is to include som more things in your description in the workshop, other than that it's just aesthetics and that is up to you really. For example, I could tell you to make more smaller and fields because I think that it looks better, but maybe you dont think so or can't be arsed to do it and that's just fine, it's your map!
  14. @Ultimate - Cheers mate! I'm really happy with the way Durban ended up, and thanks for keeping me company in the thread! @Carnivorus - Thanks alot man, would love to see what you end up doing with my maps. On a sidenote, I've gone down under in my latest mapmaking session, new map: Coolabarra Bay
  15. And yet another map from Africa, this time Durban! The map came out really well, might be my Bohemian Rhapsody...
