I HAVE FIXED IT. I uninstalled the game and re-installed it and everything is working now... I tried this before, but it didn't work I don't know how doing it this time it fixed but okay!

I launched the game in online mode and I switched to single-player mode. I played a bit of the game, then I saved the game and quit SimCity. I went offline in Origin and it's doing the same exact thing. I can't get it to work. Also my settings keep on resetting now. I set my settings and then I save them I exit the game and come back on and they're on some weird resolution, all low settings and everything at very low settings. I don't know why this randomly started happening but it's happening.

It is retail, I bought it as a disc it is registered to my account and everything. I want to be able to run the game without having to have origin online. Sometimes my internet goes out (Comcast sucks and it's the only decent provider in my area) and I really want to play SimCity, but I can't because it won't let me launch the game in single-player mode.

I can't launch SimCity when I'm in offline mode on Origin or when I'm not connected to the internet. I open Simcity and I get the normal Error message. I click Single-Player, it closes for a bit, then it comes back up with the same exact thing. No matter how many times I click single-player it won't open in single-player. I tried starting the game with internet, switching to single-player mode, then exiting the game and trying to relaunch without internet and it won't work. I haven't been able to do this on my previous computer either. I even have a video of the issue attached to this. If anybody could help me with my issue it would be great! SimCity Bug Video:

It didn't work I switched to single-player mode while online, then I quit the game. I switched Origin to offline mode and I got the same thing I had before. It gives the same pop-up over and over again with no success

I tried the new Simcity 5 offline feature by setting Origin to offline mode and launching Simcity, but what I get is disappointing. I get this screen: I click SINGLE-PLAYER and it closes, but then it pops up again, again, and again! It won't work for me! It would be great if somebody can solve this issue for me!
