  1. Where can I give feedback on SimCity and Update 10?
  2. Personally, I'm a big fan of going Tourism, but using Casinos as basically glorified hotels.
  3. Strange RCI Demand. Help.

I'll admit that I still get a little confused with freight/goods. But, I guess that's why commerical buildings seem to keep working even though they don't seem to have anything to sell. As for your city, Dott....look into some mass-transit like buses, which for me are relatively cheap and fairly easy to get up and running. Going off your original pic, using 2 stops on each of the streets where you have zoned your RCI, and a bus depot with all 8 bus garages, it'll cost around 1,500 simoleons an hour to keep running. You could also consider using some cross-streets where your zones are. I'll leave it to someone else to explain it better than I can. I will say though that too many intersections can cause problems with traffic, but not enough can cause problems with traffic as well.
  4. Strange RCI Demand. Help.

I'll offer up what I've worked out for myself. In a very general way, freight demand is treated on a regional level, which means that the high freight demand could be from another city or cities in the region, if you have any. Without having your city running in front of me, I can only make educated guesses. With that in mind, your oversupply of goods through your commerical buildings does contribute to the problem. Getting rid of some of the low-wealth and medium wealth commerical buildings in your city would get rid of the oversupply of good to your Sims'. This in turn would lower the demand for freight. In terms of the freight demand specifically, you do need more industry. Regardless of whether it is in your city, or another city in the region. One thing I have noticed for myself, is that Heavy Industry (High-Density), which you have in your city, doesn't seem to supply the amount of freight that it should given how big the buildings usually are. Personally, I don't go bigger than medium-sized industry. But, I'll leave that to a more experienced player than me to confirm/clarify/deny etc In terms of your second question, what problems are you concerned about causing in your city if you increase population? I've noticed from your pic that you do have a University, but outside of that I can't quite make out what else you've got from the angle in your pic.
  5. Basketball Court for Grade School

I love this mod!  Yes I could simply plop a basketball nearby.....but, having it tied to the school means you can squeeze it in (like right behind the main building), where there isn't normally enough room when you try to do it normally. I'd love to see more of the same; like some of those 10 simoleon basic parks and maybe the soccer field or baseball diamond tied to high schools; I love the idea of having my schools look a little more realistic.
