thanks alot, the international airport helps alot and boost population by 50 000, and keep climbing btw, can I erase all my heavy industry and make them high tech? my high tech industry keep having alot of demand, don't know if it will do negative to low wealth jobs after I erase them all

I've been playing with my main city, reached 260 000 population and have highway/subway/industrial railroad system. But now, sims stop getting in my city (no demand on low/mid/high wealth). health/safety/mayor rating is the highest, every sector is covered with fire/police/hospital, and there's medium sky scrapers (3x3) all over the city, but it stop expand after I hit that population. I have enough high tech industry (1/10 of the land used for industry) to support the commercial, but seems the low tech industry are always needed. I got 3 city (2 industrial only and 1 normal medium wealth) connecting and 5 more that have air/ sea connection. what do I need to boost the city up again to build higher skyscrapers and grain more population?

what's the best mega-tower (elite) setup to maintain good wealth, health and population. I always suffer in complain from citizens

most of them are from high wealth civilians, and I'd got more than enough high wealth commercial/HT industry for them, some of them building are not even full!

i'd downloaded NAM, and have all road upgraded from street to road, and there's "double road", highway,HSR connecting each sector of the area, and my traffic is good, no traffic jam. i'd put bus station everywhere

I'd have HSR and bus station place around the map, and there's highway connecting each part of the map, and mix commercial and residential in a big grid instead of one side residential and one side commercial but building keeps getting abandon because of "commute time too long" is there any way to fix it? and also, offices (all high income)are half full, or nearly full, but still no jobs for high income citizens?

the great work bug has been here for years, and still not fixed. I'd try to download mod to fix it, but the the website is down. is there any mod that I can download so I can fix the "not enough workers" bug?
