Very useful tip. Helps greatly to maximize the space on those types of lots with such uneven terrain.

I find the benefit of the lower schools is that they can help keep people out of trouble. Sims seem lazy and will not go out of their way to get an education unless a bus pulls right up to their door. I typically start off with the grade school and then immediately upgrade to the Community College when possible. I spread them out a bit for coverage purposes. Eventually I build a Uni if no one else has.
