    I designed this lot for one of my medium sized cities. It comes equipped with office space, a drive thru window, and an ATM machine. This lot was created on a blank CO$$$ lot. It provides 80 commercial office jobs. Please let me know if you have any problems with this lot.

    Thanks for your comments. I will work on an update as soon as possible. Another member has asked to use this lot and change it. If they do then i probably won't update it. I'm confident they will do a much better job.

    i apologize but i have made a mistake. this lost has a capacity of 3000 which seems a little large so i will probably update this lot in the future.

    Strange things have been happening at Rocko Farms recently. This download consists of a lot file and dat file. The lot provides 57 manufacturing jobs. I made a mistake when choosing the blank lot. I meant to choose a farm lot. The dat file is the overlay textures used for the crop circle.
