the disk is not too scratched, what i would consider normal usage, been using the disk for the better part of a year, no programs have been installed since sc4

im runnin sc4 deluxe on a sony viao centrino laptop and never had any issues before today

i will click ont the icon and i see the picture of the bridge, but then... nothing. does anyone have any idea how to fix this?

I see the interchange you are talking about, although the one i am looking for has the ground highway and the elevated highway intersecting at a 90* angle. thanks and ill keep looking...

I downloaded the NAM, used the ground/elevated highway stack, and wondered why i didnt see a stack for diagonally crossing highways. am i just blind or is it not there? If not, can someone direct me to a mod or does this even exist?.
