Hi Licoricebomb, Thank you for your reply. I failed to mention that even though I re-downloaded and re-installed the Lot Editor, there is no delete option showing anywhere on it. Here is a screenshot I took to show you what I mean. Thanks again for your response. Do you know of a solution to this?

Hi, I decided to re-create a "lot" today, and everything seems fairly self explanatory, except for one very important thing. How do I delete props and other things I have loaded to the lot? I've loaded things just to see how it would look but now I can't get those props and things to delete. Base files, land files, props, flora? they all remain on my lot. I can't even exchange those images out to something different. The only thing I'm able to change, is the building. Thanks in advance for any help. :-) sorry this seems to be listing as a "reply" but I can't seem to locate another way to make my own post on this topic.

@BC Canuck Hi, Thank you so much for explaining. Now I understand that part. I hope somebody will be able to help with the other part. I'm not certain why I can't access those files on the CD's. Maybe my laptop has a problem that's causing things not to work like they should. Hopefully I'll learn more about this before I give up on this hard drive and buy a new one. I'm going to limp along on this one as long as I can. I just hope it hangs on with me until I learn a few more things so that when I get a new one, I can truly get a clean start and maybe not have a lot of errors to deal with along the way. thanks again so much! :-)

Hi, I don't know what "WinCDEEmu" is. Is it software I can download to help me open my discs so I can see what's there? I've had the discs for years but have never been able to open them. On all three discs that I own, I set them up in my computer, and when I go to any of the STEX discs folders and click on it, it opens to a "start" icon, and a Data Folder. I click on that and get more folders, etc. I try clicking on start but it still doesn't show me anything. I'd love to be able to see what is in the folders, and since I noticed this topic is new, I thought perhaps I could reply here and get some help? Please? I bought my cd's either in 2013 or 2015. I'd have to go to my email account to see when exactly. But I figured the discs haven't changed. So perhaps I can play my game better now. (I've gone through many gigabytes of content, downloading, installing, etc. by visiting many sites and having become a member of a few sites, I've downloaded all of my current game content through them) I moved it all to an external hard drive and told myself one day I'd go through them all and get it sorted, well I finally did that yesterday with a "duplicate file finder" and it found nearly 65,000 duplicate files. 32.00 gigs of data that I deleted. (the external hard drive is a terabyte) So that opened me up some room. I'm thinking about doing a clean install of my pc(laptop) anyway, so now would be a great time to learn more about how to do things, and not make mistakes by having duplicate files and stuff. I hope this made sense and somebody can help. thanks!

Oh my goodness, I love all of this. I'll never get everything like I want it. lol I've just spent two solid months going through 10's of thousands of files, folders, etc. but it'll keep me occupied for a while.
