I'm trying to put a tunnel under this raised section of a highway: Problem is, I have no idea how. Do I need a tunnel mod or something, or is this just not possible? Keep in mind, this is through a raised piece of land, not from a sunken area.

Just leave 1 raised tile between both sides of the highway and drag the road through. But the problem is: streets cannot make tunnels. You have to use a road as a workaround. And there is no way to fix that because tunnels are hardcoded into the game's EXE. This was all I needed, I just raised it on each side and switched it to a road

After a long hiatus from simcity4 to try the new mess in SimCity 2013, I've decided to come back to SC4. Of course I forgot my old simtropolis account and had make a new one... I've deleted and reinstalled SC4 for a fresh, more in-depth start. I'd like to be more focused on the smaller details in my cities. Therefore, I've decided to install a mess of mods. I'm just concerned I might mess something up and all that good stuff. So, my first question is, can I copy the SC4 files and boot the two copies separately (as in one modded and one mod free)? Second, other than NAM and its addons, what are some good mods to have?
