I don't know why, but despite the fact that I have "subscribed" to this thread, I only get notifications about 10% of the time?!?! That is why I keep missing things - very frustrating. Anyway, the update is great. I am a huge fan of the Nuke plant and the cafe is great too. Note: the fact that I can make out that the guitar in the garage is a stratocaster speaks volumes about the detail of the lots. -
Great update! I absolutely LOVE the fairgrounds. I think the trees are really well places too in all three pics (I really like the conifers). Oh yeah, and the teaser is exciting as well

ooooooohhhhhh! Gotcha. I meant that my uploaded files had been downloaded by other STers 3000 times! No, I can't imagine that I have downloaded more than 500 files myself. Very impressive that you have downloaded so much! EDIT - I don't know why I ended nearly every sentence with a "!". Guess I got excited

rush hour is an expansion pack for the original simcity 4. It comes bundled as part of Simcity 4 Deluxe. So if you bought deluxe version, you already have rush hour. If not, you need to buy rush hour expansion pack (if you can find it) or buy simcity 4 deluxe for $20.

Wow. I am falling way behind again! lol. From previous updates that I missed, I LOVE the tattoo parlor and I really like the new mansions too. This update - that angel cracks me up. When I play SCS, I NEVER notice little details like that, which is one of the several reasons I love your CJs - they are...illuminating. -
Wow, great update! You have done so much. Well, I really love the airport the most. It is a very appropriate size. As a matter of fact, that would be, in my opinion, the most impressive thing about this update - scale. There is a lot of balance and things seam reasonable. You haven't overdone anything. So, yeah. Good job!

I think it is "safe." EA knows good and well that SC4 was very successful. They also know that SCS was a spinoff intended for a different audience and different kind of games. It is apples and oranges. Even if SCS was a huge success, which it isnt, EA would be insane to take that as a cry from the public to not make another city simulator. You should buy SCS if you are interested.

Does this happen with all .sc4m files? Does it happen to any other .sc4m files? If it doesn't happen to any of your other regions, and it happened on this file to someone else, then it is more likely to be a problem with the file than with terraformer or your system. Also, how big is the region?

The second to last shot is my favorite f this update. I think it really gets the feel of the town across. Well, it sucks about the haciendas, but at least you figured it out - now development can move forward. You are really good at city planning. Your layout looks intentional, etc. You should see the crap I end up with; its like a monkey clicked buildings all over the place. Anyway, good job! -

Another wonderful update. The line graph was a nice touch...everybody loves visual aids. That is pretty weird about the profile woes. I have no doubt that you will have it under control quickly. See you next time. -

It is probably a good thing that sims won't drive drunk. Ironic how the dive bar increases productivity, yet causes sims to skip work. Great photos as usual. -
It is nice to have you back, Z. Hope the university lifestyle is treating you well. Cant wait for the next update.

Wow. I'm embarrassed about overlooking the substation earlier As for this update, you are right about the billboard looking nice. I think the placement is perfect, and it really makes that last photo. I like all the agricultural stuff and I am glad it made it into this city, even though you are going capitalist. Good work! -
I believe that all you need to do is press ctrl+x in the game and a box will appear. Then type "whererufrom [the name you want to change to]" then press enter. You dont need any downloads or additional cheats to do this.

Wonderful! The history of the Moch'lal was very good. I like the pic of the substation too, because that is a building that I haven't unlocked in SCS, so I haven't seen it before. Very nice. -
What a game. what a game. Best super bowl game in the last several years. Giants' defensive play was unbelievable. I just keep flashing back to the press conference where Brady literally laughs at Plaxico's prediction and says. "we're only gonna score 20 point? Ok." Didn't even get that many. Unreal. That being said, Pats did have a huge season, but they couldn't quite pull it out. Congrats to the giants fans out there!

Great update(s). I missed on again...lol. Glad to read that you have new hosting; I was worried updates would be farther apart, so that's good news. I don't know if I have mentioned it before, but I really like and appreciate all the stats and numbers you give in your updates. These details really bring the progress to life better than pictures alone.
