I hope upon hope the dev does an early access beta a la Don't Starve.

Hey modders. I really do hate that I can't drag an avenue into a suburb type area without having to use convoluted zoning placement to ensure I get no medium density construction. I fail to see why maxis did not include it with the game unless there's a DLC for it in the pipelines, however I would not have a clue where to start with creating this or even if its currently possible to add new assets to the game. If it is possible however I would love to see it sometime. Rikki
