Hi everyone. Origin name is djphatic. I have been playing solo on Europe West 6 in non-sandbox mode, based in the UK, interested to start a multi-player region.

When sending a gift from one city, does the other city have to catch up before it receives the gift? For example, I send a gift from a city which shows the transaction with a date of Sept Year 2. The new city would not receive the gift until it gets to Sept Year 2. Hopefully this is not the case and is a server issue but when I've been playing in a private region it felt like this is how the gifts worked.
