No, there was absolutely nothing there. The building would demolish -everything- there, but not plop. Would make the sound effect and animation and everything, but nothing would be there.

Has anyone else had this problem? I tried to place a park over some already built residential buildings when I had the allotted amount of space and the snap point was blue, and all it did, instead of placing the park, was demolish all of the residential buildings that would have been demolished if the park had been placed. I, again, tried to place the park after the buildings were gone, I even tried de-zoning and placing the park, but it would not plop no matter what. I later had the same problem with adding another tank to my water pumping station and I desperately needed to place that tank where it wouldn't let me. I've never experienced this bug before, but it's really infuriating! I had to stop playing for now so I wouldn't break something. >_>
