  1. @crazyjat: Demolish and rebuild the school. Also build the levels first, then place the extra bus. It seems I can only build 16/20 bus with +4 classrooms in a high school.   Also, after a while all the extra school bus seem to dissappear off into the region and never return. Not sure if due to mod or just Simcity.

    There isn't necessarily a limit, but the aftermath of traffic. If you do it right, mass transit will make it very easy for your sims to get into town and do their tourist thing. Getting them out is another story. Sims won't always leave the way they came. Some (usually med/high wealth hotel) will leave by Airport. Most (Attraction/Venue/Casino) will leave by car, which typically leads to crushing traffic gridlock. But to more specifically answer your question, Tourists have an amount of money they will spend, and will spend it on the first thing they see when they enter your city. They go home when they run out of money or things to do.

    I keep reading about this but whenever I try it my Education level drops and I have to stop due to nuclear safety issues. I've tried piling everyone into a High School, Community College, or University and it always leads to my education score dropping. Either some kids are not picked up to go to school or they simply refuse to enroll, or if I do manage to get them all swept up, my education score drops anyway.
