I joined, since nobody replied to my thread

I was going to request that we create a private region so that we could join and have some trust that we will support one another, or at least be friendly. However, I can't seem to get my friends list working in-game. So I am unsure of how to start a region and get the people I know from these forums in the region. Any ideas or thoughts? Is this just happening to me, regarding the friends list issues? By the way, I joined U.S. Pacific 4 server and have had quite a bit of good luck with it.

Signed. I simply want the gaming industry to understand that customers will no longer put up with buying non-functioning products. If this were a car we would all have taken it back to the dealership by now.
