A 'ghetto' neighbourhood, what a great idea.

Heya folks, I recently moved to a new computer, and the external HD which held all of my SC4 plugins has died. I don't have a concurrent list of what I had, and it will take forever to find and download all of the dependencies, lots and what-have-yous that I'd want, so... I'm looking for a pack, perhaps a 'recommended plugins' or a big rar of stuff, that I could download and immediately jump into the game with. I vaguely remember downloading something similar on a message board somewhere, but I don't remember what it was called. Size is no issue as this baby has 2TB of space. Thanks in advance.

I get a 'Steam: Error launching application' when I try to use the launcher. I assume it's because I have the game saved to an external HD. Is there not a fix for this yet?

Hmm, the diagonal roads and their buildings give a French feel, but the multiple freight lines are clearly German. Nice pan-European feel you have going here.

That diagonal lot in the old style is exactly what I encountered in Paris! Amazing.
