  1. Weather?

    Will SimCity 5 have weather such as rain, snow, blizzards, dry heat, humidity, wind, deserts, thunderstorms, etc.? In a sort of unrelated note, will there be an option for disasters to occur naturally without the use of a disaster tool? If there's weather, I wanna see lightning strike buildings, people, cars, etc. Thanks!

    I can't upload the DxDiag.txt, it says it cannot move the uploaded file... what??? I even tried different web browsers.
