Hey these look great. A slight problem on the South Korean flag though. The black stripes should all be in different combonations of large and small to make 3, 4, 5, and then 6, respectively from top to bottom. Other than that, great work. Truely amazing.

Hey Thanks for all of the feedback guys. I havn't had much time for creating lots but I think I'm going to try and mod other people's lots if they want. I am not good at visual designs, but I do work pretty good with hexa and the reader. (At least I like to think so)

Hey, this looks great. Is it functional? Provide a population boost as if it really held people? Cause it's non-ploppable. Does that mean it grows? What would be the stage level?

Hey, these lots are great but can you make them integrated into the agricultural simulation? i'd like the sim to make these along with pumpkin acres. etc. I guess I could reprogram them for you when i get time if you want.
If only people would make their buildings actual zone developed lots that build themselves by the sim instead of ploping. sigh... like carwashes and those great agricultural ones, etc.
This one is actually worth downloading. I think it is better than the built in carwash. Great designing. But... How do the cars get in/out. There is one one opening on the building? lol I dunno... It's cool.

Hey man, don' use negative hex numbers, it screws up the SC4 engine. Go check out my "Fountain of Fortune" and base your toll booth offa that. I used some "unknown" values offa reward to make it positive income. Make your tool booth a 1x1 with extentions.

Does this replace anything or is this an addition to the current industry set? It looks really good. I wonder how it will look with smokestacks and burners next to it (typical dirty industry), lol. I like it a lot.

Sure zeke12, I can make another version. I just figured that parks improve your health... I threw in the education boost because well, some people have a hard time with education in their cities. The education boost isn't really that big. Thanks for trying my lot out.

Also, you can place as many of these parks as you see fit, depending on the amount of benefits you desire. This makes it flexible for those that only want a slight handicap as well as those that want a massive handicap. I hope you enjoy this lot, please post your feedback.

Don't worry, your eyes are not deceiving you. That screenshot really is showing you a park that gives you a monthly income of $250. It also greatly improves your mayoral, health, and educational ratings, as well as the desirability of the vast surrounding area.
