That park nor many others are not working in Yosemite for me. Seems anything that is custom isn't working. Anything where someone added elements to an already existing model with the in game tools work just fine. This would explain why a lot of the early residential and commercial buildings I grabbed aren't growing in game. try for example , Pubblic soccer field by Ngon , and report back here
