Finnaly, I've found two files that were label by "zzz". Got them out and the original water is back! Thank you very much for your help. We have such a big and nice community that can help each other.

Thanks, I did what you told me, I've even terraform the whole city. Saved it and exit to the region and the dark water is still there. I've deleted all files from my directory, Peg and Poseidon.. I've started a new city in the same region and the dark water was there... Did I missed something? a detail... Thanks again.

Hello to all, First post. I've tried the Poseidon water pack (didn't like it-personal taste-), then use the Peg Pond Pack (that one too didn't like it). So I remove all files from my folder. The only thing now is the colour of the water, in the map, it is now dark blue instead of the original Maxis Nuclear blue... switch regions, uplaoded a city and dark blue again. How can I bring it back to the original colour? Thank you for your replies...
