All votes are now in, and it has been decided by the community that this modd was Simtropolis' favourite of all 2012.

Industrial lots needed some love. The IRM is a huge undertaking achieving just that. Over 250 lots were modded to make the industrial areas look more realistic and I consider it as a job well done. This mod is ingenious - the subtle alterations to the way industrial areas look after installation suddenly make everything look natural and seamless, without really changing what you have to do in the game. Just brilliant. Very good idea with custom fillers for empty spaces and very good idea for separating industry from medium density and high density depending on pollution.
