Without teamwork, a project can become chaos. This award goes to the team best able to overcome adversity and to stick together through thick and thin. This team has shown real dedication to making these projects work.

Favourite BAT team 2012

This award goes to the community's favorite BAT team.

They make amazing and beautiful buildings. The members do a great job of maintaining accuracy in their models, and are wonderfully supportive and critical of each other. Several NYBT members have been releasing high quality stuff during all year, a fantastic job.

Best Industrial BAT of the Year 2013

Industrial parks are an absolute essential in our cities. But they are often under represented as BATers choose more glamourous subjects. That is not the case for this member. We feel a sneeze coming on due to their dusty realness, because industrial structures have never felt a more reverential touch.

Released at the end of January of last year, this amazing pack of beefy industrial buildings deserves to be recognized. The Manhattanville's 3rd release is a monster of industrial heavy hitters sure to find a place in any gritty SC4 downtown.

His posts are an example of rationality and argumentation. He provides good insights into a variety of topics. It is always nice to read a fully presented opinion in not so many paragraphs and, sometimes, with a touch of humour.
