I don't see the texture... Am I missing a dependency?

Despite reading the comments, that link to simcity.ea.com takes me to facebook, and renders an error page. The correct link is the one to [url="http://www.sc4devotion.com/SC4D_Maxis_files_LE.html"]SC4 Devotion[/url].

Eh.. I put the erode effect and lowered the land in God mode on every map tile and it looks much better. I'm not sure I like my hand-drawing better than this anymore.. Cool!

I loaded this map up using SC4Mapper, and it doesn't look much like the screenshot. Everything's a lot more jagged, and the land sticks way up out of the water. I mean, I guess that I know that Ireland has a reputation for rocky, craggy coastlines, but I figured it wouldn't be like that everywhere. Do I need to pass it through some sort of filter, or contrast-reduction in Photoshop to make it look more like the screenshot? I loaded the region up in SC4Terraformer and ran global erode followed by global equalize several times, and it looks better, and much closer to the screenshot. But it's still not quite as nice as it looks in that screenshot. Anyway, I'm completely new to this community, and I don't really know how to judge the maps so I won't leave a star-review. But, I was wondering if it was okay for me to upload a hand-drawn version of Belfast that I based entirely on this map. I definitely couldn't have done it without this map, so I'd want to link back here for credit where credit is due. I just like my hand-drawn version better than the GIS data interpretation, so I figured that someone else might like it too. Is that cool?
