This is a great lot, it looks like you spend a lot of time on your lots and plus you post all your stats, which nobody seems to do. Anyway, a 10, I love your parks.
You should make this a growable fire station lot.

This is a very attractive park. Perhaps you could make a custom name for it in the menu, instead of just Large Flower Garden. Other than that, it looks great. A 10, because I just can't get enough parks.
These are excellent, by the way. What do those filler lots do? Park effect? I may use them for filler in other parks I make. Anyway, this is the best golf lot I've seen on the Lot Exchange. Great work, gonzo.

It's nothing special. First of all, the path part on the ground looks weird, and the billboard doens't seem to do anything. Perhaps if it gave you some small income and looked better. But, it's not awful, so I'll rate an 8, because the billboard itself looks ok.
Not bad. However, you should up the cost of this building to $600/month, to balance it with the other police stations. Also, while you're at it, perhaps you could make it so it isn't called a "police kiosk" in the police menu.
These buildings could use some more detail or something. Maybe you could spend more time with the texture. Regardless, the buildings look good and they're growable so I'll download them.
Perhaps you could expand the facility and make some tall buildings around it. Make it look like a real campus that actually could hold 20,000 people. It is a nice looking building, though.
