I don't think that's the problem. For many of my cities, including the one pictured, the last time I played them was without any custom buildings downloaded on my game. They're from way back.

Yes, all those options are on either medium or high.

I didn't have those two files in my folder, but I downloaded them. The problem still persists though. I also downloaded the patch already. I didn't copy the plugins folder, but I don't think that's the cause of the problem because cities with no add on buildings have the glitch. I also noticed that buildings and props appear pixelated in the lowest zoom level:

After installing SimCity 4 on my computer, I brought the cities from my old computer to my new one by burning them on a disk. However, when I load them, most of the cities have plenty of buildings that aren't appearing. The result is a blank, empty lot. When I query over the lot, it tells me that it's zoned land. Any clue as to how I can fix this?

That is not a highway in that screenshot, it is an avenue with light rail tracks between the lanes. There is a screenshot in this article that shows the same type of avenue running through a city. The E3 trailer shows the actaul highways in the game.

Yes you can. I have that. As long as you use files that just add a train and don't override another.

Do people really lack that much common sense? The online play is optional. It just said is has a fully multiplayer option.

The GTA V map is going to be MUCH bigger than the LA Noire map, because it will contain countryside. Also, Rockstar said on Twitter, the GTA V map will be huge.

Well, the stations are to close too each other. There is no need for passengers to take a train in that short distance. Trains are more for connecting different parts of your city.

Looks good but there are many inaccuracies. For example, you don't have Greenwich Village in Manhattan and you put the World Trade Center a little more south than it should be. You need to look at some more pictures and satellite imagery. I know this because I live near NYC. But overall, great job.

I just forgot about the tree. I could find it (it looks like a small park). I would rather not destroy my city to lose money. I'll just build expensive lots.
