    Ok,I've been playing with and using this mod now for several weeks.  I like it a lot but unfortunately it still cannot keep up.  The maxed out Recycling Center with the 200 ton capacity still gets filled  up faster then (4) modules can turn waste into recycled materials.   Is there any way to increase the recycling speed from .1 tons/hr to .2 tons/hr? Or whatever rate is need to balance it out.   I've downloaded and tried to learn how to use SCP but it's pretty darn complicated for a non programming newb.   Any help?  Thanks.

    Hello,   sorry for the newb question but does this work in online mode?  I noticed some mods have (offline only) in the title and some don't.   I've played Simcity since the very beginning 25 years ago but I just bought the new Simcity for myself and my son for Christmas.  I used 100s of mods for Simcity 4 but this will be the first one for 2013.

    Well I have both bldgprop dependencies from Maxis and I've searched for all the most common Mega prop and Mega texture packs I can find. I cannot get this to display. It still work so it's useful for building my custom realistic cities. Would be nice to get it to not be a brown box though.

    So I downloaded and installed this. When I loaded my city, all the Waste to Energy plants are borked. When I check their status, I get a message "BSC ANTIVIRUS BOGUS ALERT UNWORTHY LOT" IT goes on to say that this lot has failed certification and will be deleted from my system. I deleted the .dat myself but I'm still getting this message for my WTE plants. I've restarted the game and my computer but I'm not able to get back the Maxis setting and I still get this message.

It just doesn't appear as a plaza but the usual brown box instead.

[/quote] After reloading the game and loading the city I placed this in, I got a message saying I'm "missing plugin pack 454931716." I delete the plaza, save and reload the city and I don't get that message.

    Very nice addition. I like it. It's much more realistic for smaller areas than a parking garage is.
