This is a really awesome mod as I can now manage really big cities without plopping many facilities, but the sewage facility as mentioned above is overflowing even though there is excess. I do not have any other mods of this sort and my simcity script files are in the right locations. I also play in offline mode. Beelzebub420 found a way to fix this problem by changing the files, but I am on a Mac so I do not think it will be possible for me to change the files. I hope this issue can be solved as quickly as possible. (An update?) Thank you.

A few weeks ago, I wrote a post claiming that mods for Mac didn't work. I had hope for Mac compatible mods and I thought it would be a little while till someone found out how to. But, I was determined to find out if mods were really incompatible, So I tested many options, and finally I found a simple way to install mac mods. Keka is a free mac Archiver that can be downloaded online. To install Simcity 2013 mods on Mac, One: Download the mods from a website. Two: Keka should automatically format the files into the downloads folder. Three: Go to Finder Four: Select Applications Five: Right click the Simcity icon Six: Select "Show Package Contents" Seven: Click "contents" Eight: Select "Resources" Nine: Select "SimCityData" Ten: Drag your downloaded mods into the folder Eleven: Start Simcity and your fantastic mods should be working! Thanks so much for making your modding tools both Pc and Mac compatible, it really is appreciated and it makes playing this game even better. When the tools are released to everyone, it will be interesting to see if the program works on mac and Pc or only Pc, I would like to be able to create mods for this game. But that is not urgent, So keep up your fantastic work everyone! If this doesn't work for your Mac, Sorry. Fuss around and it will probably work! Thanks again everyone! 2012Badluck

Update/Patch 9.0: What Do You Want To See? (NOTE: OUTDATED!)
2012Badluck replied to CapTon's topic in SimCity (2013) General Discussion
To see the population living in a building it is possible to go into the population tab and see the number of residents living in the buildings. But it doesn't show the maximum capacity, which is really annoying! Also, train stations should be upgrade-able for more capacity. For the single plopped trees along roads, there should be an ability to plot along the entire length of the road by shift clicking while the tree is selected. For one way roads, there should be a low, medium, and high density option. The low dense would be two lanes, the medium would be 3 lanes and the high dense would be 4 lanes. They should easily connect with avenue stubs to make transitions like simcity 4. Intersections should be allowed on bridges and tunnels, which must be a pain to program, but they would make for awesome and efficient cities. The underground view is tricky as if you are building in a seaside city, it is impossible to build tunnels, which becomes really annoying, so tunnels should be allowed to go through water. If you would like to build "one way roads" use roads and place them side by side. But make sure that there is enough space for a connection in between. Drag them out from a interchange or road and they work really well. You can even plot those little forest in the middle to create a median! -
I was wondering if mods for Simcity were going to have to be mandatory on both Pc and Mac, or only on one device. It would be much easier if mods worked on both as no extra software would be needed on Mac's to make the mod work. Mods on both devices would allow allow for a pleasurable gameplay. I will assume that making things Mac compatible is harder than Pc, but there are some programs, such as Maya, that work on both Pc and Mac. I have now done some research and found that 3d studio max, used by Simtropolis modders, is also available for Mac and Pc, so I hope that they use this to their advantage. I would like to hear what you think of Community Generated Content for Pc and Mac so that the Maxis team can develop something that works for everyone! There are many Mac gamers out there, and I am certain that they all want Mac compatible mods. Thank you 2012Badluck
