I re-examined the map, i discovered that the map region is meant to be a 7by 7 township sized grid. its exactly 56 small by 56 small city tiles in size. iv been wrong all this time.

I have Developed a Master Plan for a New Preposed Cleveland Ohio map. The New Cleveland Ohio map will Measure 51 x58 Small city Tiles in Size. it will be 51 in the north and south Direction like my uploaded map but it will be 58 in size in the east and West direction. as of today i have finnaly figured out why my computer was not able to create the region and it was because the config file i create had a error in it. i have fixed this error. tommorow or the day after i plan on trying to build this region once again. I do not plan on Uploading this new region its only going to be for my own personal Use. but this City Journals cities will be Imported into the New region. I have created a composite map of the region using varius county map pictures from wikipedia. its impossible for me to extend the map into the south and include more of Cuyahoga falls or part of Akron. this is becuase the formations of the Cuyahoga river in this area are to unique for me to randomly generate. In the east to west direction its easy for me to randomly generate this area becuase its just Hills and the only part thats a river is just a small stream branching off of the chagrin river that i know that i can eventually add in at some point. after i create this region it will be very large and i could potentially pack as many as 50 million people on this region.

i re-founded the downtown, the simulation of it is about 100 or 200 years old but its not based on actual time built in real life its based on how long it takes me to build it.

My bus System in Anchorage, Alaska continues to grow. This map looks a little different from my other one of Anchorage becasue now im playing on Anchorage by Drunken Apple instead of Anchorage by NHP. My Bus routes now connect to Spenard district along the route going though Arctic Blvd. in time ill get some ridership numbers there. North Campbell lake is where most of my routes are so its the most built up. its numbers grew even larger since my last update here which was Anchorage People mover Overview 4. Dimond Center is where i intend to grow more. even though i put in more bus lines here the system did not show a big gain. and the region population is still growing, but its not having a big impact on the bus use. also theres rail road tracks being built in these region but so far i cant get my train passenger service to work. @mymyjp - its a extraordinarily promising city, this is freaking Cleveland,Ohio for Pete's sake it covers about a Dozen Individual City Districts and has a varying amount of every kind of Transportation type possible. But to be fair this is only the Second time since 2012 that i was able to get Light rail and Subway to work.

Downtown is now about 150 years old and over the past 10 or so game years i finally got the passenger rail service to come alive again. After i downloaded some Subway to elevated conversion pieces and things like that and then i used them and i completed the Marriage proposal of Subway and elevated rail. ever since i did this the passenger service stopped flickering in and out with random passengers and from that point on the Passenger rail was here to stay. this is the second time that i have attempted to re-build downtown Cleveland. I cant seem to make car traffic go down though and this passenger rail success i did today has only served to slow the growth of Car traffic rather than get more car drivers to go out and ride mass transit.

ok Huston i gave it some thought and im going to try to ignore them. My goal is going to be to Complete the Pile Bay- Williamson Highway and then just randomly build a single Residential Unit along the road in each of the City districts that the road passes though and then see what kind of Traffic pops up. The goal of this experiment is to see if having the Highway completed and will give any kind of regional Neighbor effects at the level of human population density that it might have in real life. In the City districts that are part of Pedro Bay i will build 2 Housing units instead of just one to simulate the slightly higher population density. The main goal will be to check to see if i can get any Pedestrian , Car , or Freight traffic to appear on my charts for any of the city districts that i play on. I remain skeptical that any regional Neighbor Effects actually exist in the game but regardless my goal is to find them. im a little bummed out that i could not find the actual sites of the Housing units using any kind of Google satellite views or any thing on the internet but on the other hand the Advisor Neil Fairbanks is right in that these are City districts and people have to Live in them. It might take a year but eventually i will be able to conclude this study and find the results of this Experiment.

I have included a picture of the housing problem on this region map. The Green Square indicates the region map even including all of the non-playable water sim city districts in between. as you can clearly see in this Picture there are no houses for sale right now in the real world version of this sim city Chitmits mountains sim city region. my city planer Neil Fairbanks constantly says things like "four walls and a roof are rare in this city" blah blah blah. i cant even figure out where all of these 42 people that live in Pedro bay actually live using Google or any thing. how am i supposed to build this the real world way if i cant find any of the houseing spots? on the other side of the coin i have a school so at least my education advisor is a little bit happy but my financial adviser is not happy about the school i built.

In this expansion to the Route 7 Line my bus line has come to within walking distance of the site for where the old town center for Spenard city used to be. the amount of bus trafic in the city district called Airport Terminal to which Spenard is a part of has exploded in ridership numbers. if this expansion continues i can make the line continue past spenard to eventually reach downtown Anchorage district which is the next District in the inbound direction after having passed though the Spenard and airport district.

The Subway rail is not quite finished yet. But it is promising. right now my most complete Simcity 4 city is Fairbanks alaska which is part of my Alaska Mass transit sim city journal. theres several Anchorage region terrains to pick though. i have not re-founded Juneau though. I was going good on pittsburgh a few years back but i also have not re-founded it either so technically cleveland is my second largest passenger rail networtk i have built so far compared to Fairbanks. and fairbanks still is not finished theres a secton of rail i have not built going though the CDP of South Van Horn. but i get excited when im trying to re-create a city which includes both Bus and Rail service.

With the Grey Line complete and most of the Red and Blue lines completed my goal is to complete the Green Line. This green line is the only City bus line that goes outside of this Sim city region. im not sure where the green line goes exactly but some where in the east could be Ladd Field ,East fort wainwright or even Fort Wainwright Military reservation sector 4. at any rate the point is where ever the green line goes i will try to put it in as best as i can.

In this update to the Fairbanks mass transit you can see that i completed the Grey Line. The Grey Line is the northern most of the Bus routes. There is only a small section of the North College District that has a bus route so i think that its system has already reached a peak in maximum volume. the districts of College and Downtown on the other hand have much of there districts covered by Bus lines so there volumes are stageringly higher than North college. Im having a problem with the district of Farmers Loop the only way i can get the rider volume up is if i build a lot of medium density but i have not done that yet. In this version of the Cleveland region The 9 western districts in the NHP region get put into the grid where they fit best. But becasue my computer got eared 2 years ago im still rebuilding and now region population is only 50,000 people or something small like that and now 3.9 million people.

iv amended the 51x51 sized region. only now the amendment is that the digger313 territories are all set to township lines and the NHP territories are centered on downtown Cleveland but the township lines bi-sect the downtown but to be fair the downtown extends as far east as East 55th Street and the west part of the downtown only goes to west 30th street so the downtown of Cleveland is really as big as a simcity city district.

I hope your happy now Pioneer because now my game got erased and i have to re-download this Region map again and start from Scratch. But i still have my Fairbanks ,Alaska region map going so this Chigmit mountains journal will have to wait a few years until i can have time again.

Theres a Small Wharf along the Bay of the Pedro Bay in the District of Airport right across from the Down town. this Wharf is used to transport Post (Packages and Letters) from outside of the Village to Pedro Bay Village. my guess is the Ferry terminal is the Post Office and you just go there knock on the door and say things like How much to send this box to Anchorage and then the post office clercks give a price then they make you put a buch a stamps on the box and then send it over to Anchorage. along this road might be a good place to expande the terminal with other structures like a Fed-Ex shop and things like that.

Im really excited about the City District i named International Airport because that place's mass transit is going to grow very big in size. if i build it up i think i can have at minimum 100 in bus volume. at most i think i can touch maybe 400 but we will see. im excited because this is the first time i tried to build the airport in a more realistic way. last time i zone all of the airport land as airports like i normally would do when im playing the Boston scenario on Sim city part 1 for the SNES. But you cant do that because it creates too much pollution and the airports keep charging hugh tax each month and besides its just does not look like this in the real world so for all of these reasons im not going to zone every little bit of what is ment to be airport as a airport and try to see if i can still get alot of Volume on the bus going there and at least some use on the airport itself.

Here in this update to the mass transit system of Fairbanks you can how much of the Bus system i have rebuilt sim my game got erased a year ago. In addition to my usual purple line meaning bus lines i also have for the first time a Orange line present on this map. North College is finished but there's only a small piece of the railroad on its map and it only has the one train station but you will also notice that now north collage also has Bus statistics. Don't worry about Farmers loop its bus system is not finished yet. It stayed small because its very far and remote for me to reach by Bus. but there's only one bus line that was completed and its supposed to have another bus line later that runs though north collage but its not on my Paper city map so i have to use my state atlas which could be inaccurate at such a zoomed out scale.

This is a significant update to the Anchorage Mass Transit System becasue it begin to reflects the actual leval of use in the Campbell lake district. Dispite the leval thats built up only a tiny area of the district map is used and the only route in this city district just happens to be route 7. so this update is significant because you start to see a crash in Bus volume in the update. But Dimond center is getting ready to explode in volume and will have 2 bus route in it in the next update even though the post is titles Route 7 Spenard Anchorage People Mover part 3. But also its of interest to note that theres other remote city districts on the map that will also be served by other networks instead of just the people mover. there is a system there called valley mover and also the Mata-su transit system cuts though here.

The population of the region Grew by 10% from 10 thousand people to 11 thousand people. but my Mass transit System is getting less usage dispite the now larger customer base. I barely built anything in Diamond center. But this city tile is the end of the Line for Bus route 7 becuase this is Where Dimond Shoping mall is located. Building this mall and conecting it to my mass transit system will transform the district of Dimond center from a unimportant place to a major place.
