HI Tyson4 Thank you for answering I just downloaded the sim city 4 and have no idea about it's add ons. it takes times to play this one. Oh yeah what is the best mass transit? I have built bus stops and subways only? Should I add more? How to force people to use the mass transit? I am waiting your answers

HI pipelad. Thank you for the warm welcome. I built 2 cities around my current city but only for garbage and power. But really! I just now from your answer that they share demands . Does it mean when the demand (example:manufacture) in my city is high, I can build it in neighbor city? If yes it does, is building manufacture industry in neighbor city will raise the residential demand in my current city? One more question, my profit only 1200/month. Here's my taxes all residentials 9.9 %, all comercials 9.4 % manufacture and hi tech 4.3 %. Should I raise them all? how much the right and ideal taxes are? I really apreciate your answers. I have a city. It reached 114.000 populations. As a note I have zoned all of my residential to medium and high density. I have zoned my half commercial offices to medium and high density, half of it remain in low density. I have zoned all of my industrial to high density(No Dirty). I am not using Nam or anything My questions 1. Most of my city area filled with manufacture industry then Hi Tech then commercial officess. I have high demand for low wealth commercial. But now there is no more room to build them all. How can I solve this problem? 2. The center of my city filled with half of my commercial offices(medium wealth) that remain in low density. Should I dezone them and rezone for high density ? (I am afraid if I dezone them, People will leave my city). Or just rezone them to high density? 3. I am confused why low commercial offices are the only ones with the high demand ? please explain it to me 4. What should I do with the commercial offices that have low costumer only? dezone them? 5. with my city current state now, is it possible and okay if I case mannufacture industry out of my city and only have hi tech industry and commercial office? 6. How to make people choose the work near to their home That's all. I am really sorry, My english is so poor. Hope you all can catch it.
