hi globex, i just downloaded the unlocker mod v5 posted on your site, victorfleur.com, but i cannot install it.
after i downloaded it, i opened it with zip, then i run it as administrator, i selected the addons and the paks folder, but the installation program stops after a few seconds (it cannot open any file to write). what can i do to solve this problem?
p.s.: i also downloaded the unlocker mod v4 and gemski and the new patch from citiesxl web site and i already installed them correctly (so i don't think this should be a problem) and i tried to create a new folder too, in the paks folder, naming it MODS, but the installation doesn't run at all.
p.s.2: i saw i also downloaded the unlocker_v5_sgbin1_patch, but how can i use this file?

EDIT: it's ok, it's ok, i did it by my self using the suggestions posted in your topic on Citiesxl forum. thank you, however i'll continue to post on that forum, it seems to be more alive.
