I have some problems with my sim city 4 deluxe edition to run...The program starts normlly but while loading the regional visualization it crashes without giving me the possibility to load a city...Why this happens?I recently added some things like CAM and so on...maybe some of the textures pack I have installed are conflicting?How can i get the bsc cleanitol from sc4devotion cause I can't find it... The problem is that I noted something strange...the first time the problem happened i tried to solve the problem re intstalling the game...It worked for a while then, while running one of my cities,the game crashed and I've never been able to see the region map again...probably the first post wasn't clear...The game works normally with all the titles and introduction video...then appears the logo with the name sim city 4 deluxe edition...then the game crashes...that's the problem!!!!! I just can't understand why........

I downloaded some of the spectacular Honk Hong asian Bat team lots..some of them are very huge and need a specific zoning..I tried to zone areas which can fit with those structures but they didn't grow..the same Maxis building were built(like Hogan Palace and so on)..I really don't want to use the ploppable version of the downloaded lots..I'd like to see them rise in my cities(some of them can only grow because there are no ploppable versions)..Anybody can help me??thank you

Of course I unzipped all the files in the plugin folder...I was quite surprised when in a smaller city next to the bigger one I saw one of the HKABT commercial buildings(a medium wealth one) growing up...even if the commercial popultion was under 35000...In the maxis's guide they say that you won't see commercial skyscrapers until your commercial population get to more than 35000... Both the Houston and modern europe styles are selected...As I mentioned I saw some of that buildings growing up...Can't explain...The problem is more associated with HKABT residential structures which are very big(some of them need a 3x15 zoning for example!!!!)...I zone very big residential areas but I'm still watching the 'classic buildings'growing(like the hogan and so on)... I tried to do so...some of them are near the high density zones...even if I look to the desiderability map the situation seems quite good...Maybe I'll try to create some other cities and then have a look to this one for growing...

I had a problem in one of my cities...after installing NAM i loaded the city...no problems for some minutes and then the game crashed...in the city there was an elevated highway with a T intersection yet...a railway was also present...is it possible that the crash was caused because of the presence of these structures which are quite different from maxis'ones?

Sorry for the stupid question but I have some problems when plopping buildings and structures...How can I change their orientation while plopping them? Thanks to everyone!!!!

I think it's ok..I've got plenty of large hospitals,4 or more elementary schools,2 or 3 medium schools,1 high school and the university too..I also have parks..I noticed something bad..when I look to the occupants of my commercial buildings,they are not plenty..I mean the fact that for example if a commercial building can host 5000workers,in my city there are maybe 4850workers..How can I increase demand in that sense?

My region population is about 500000 people!I don't know...is this ok for skyscrapers growth?(I actually created only a medium city with 145000 comercial jobs and the other ones are small cities even if some of them have 180000 inhabitants)

How do you usually plan your city's commercial areas?Do you zone from the beginning 4x4 or 4x5(or more)areas or you just wait until your commercial demand grows and then rezone the areas?

How can I zone a 4x4 or 4x5 area to get skryscrapers growth?
