Hey all I hope to be doing a lot more work with the BAT/ lot editor, and hope to bring you guys a lot of interesting models and lots. Although at the moment I have no ideas, other than I want to continue with old buildings. So, here's hoping you'll enjoy my creations! My lots are linked to in my signature, for easy access

My newest model is now on the STEX. Leeds, UK is now firmly on the Simtropolis map!

So, here is another file for you to download. It is a residential block, originally in Leeds, UK. It is well equipped, as it has a red light on the top to warn any passing planes of its presence. Plus, I added some cool nightlights on it! Not ploppable, sorry. Statistics: 3x3 lot R$$$ Can provide 121 sims with a home (at $$$). As with all my models, enjoy them! UPDATE: added new textures. Does anybody know how to roll all of the files into a .dat? That would be helpful. -

It's not transit-enabled :P What do you do with transit enable though? It has one gate, but wouldn't it need two to have any effect? Also, with this kind of technology, the CO2 shouldn't leak out of the ground; it's stored where oil has been for millions of years, under comparitively similar pressures.

Today I am uploading an oil derrick. However, this one is special, because it also contains a prototype C.C.S. model. What is C.C.S, you ask? It stands for "Carbon Capture and Storage", and what it does is filter out the carbon dioxide from the air and stores it deep underground (in liquid form!) where the oil was. While in reality, this is mostly experimental, and the only prototypes are attached to power stations, in SimWorld the vision has become a reality. In the game, the model lowers air pollution over a large radius, and adds a mayor rating to boot. Plus, the cost of the pumps is also migitated by selling the oil which is pumped out of the ground. This is a landmark because I have no idea where else it would go. UPDATE: There is a smaller version available, but does not reduce air pollution and it doesn't increase mayor rating. Small model: Initial cost: §15000 Monthly cost: §0 Big model: Initial cost: §20000 Monthly cost: §50 -

Yes, stick it anywhere you like, so to add interest to your sims' daily commute Originally posted by: T Wrecks I just saw it on the STEX - amazing job! I might make a transparent lot for it for personal use, but that's not supposed to mean that the lot you made is bad. As for the BAT, it's really superb. Reminds me of a trip through England and Wales... quote> Thank you! I did model this on an English folly, so there you are. I don't know what next, it could possibly be an old castle, or something. Question: how can I improve the tower? I welcome all criticism.

Another addition to your plugins folder. This is a 2x2 tower based on one in real-life, and you can place it anywhere... on hills, in small unused plots of land or anywhere else. No dependencies. UPDATE: I added nightlights. Now you can have a nice lit-up version to add some colour to the night! I hope you enjoy! -
Actually, making a folly seems like a pretty cool idea. Expect to see one on here in a few days.
