i don't think the tiles are used by the roads. i think it's a bug. demolish the roads and zone the area then rebuild the roads. if that doesn't work try dezoning the adjacent area and zone it again by draing from dezoned tiles to the two tiles you wanted

hmm.. got to say that NAM and RTMTV are a must have. these improve the residents travel or commute time. for me, one of the main enemy of the game is commute time and these mods are just amazing.

all of NAM's stuff are in the plugins. i think most mods don't tamper with the main game. and if you're only concern about cleaning the mods, then just clear it out. but saying that you wanna start fresh, i think reinstalling would do the trick. it won't really take that much time i guess. it's worth the wait. i just started playing again too and reinstalling did me good

the brick layout style is really cool, maybe i'll use it in some of my city layouts

really? at 30k pop i tend to have all available educational buildings already except for the library i guess, but placed at a strategic place and at low budget. if i want to let my city grow, i think it's important to boost education at this level so that mid and high commercial demands raise as well as high tech industry. then continue building up

i was experimenting and i was able to make something like this although i'm not really sure with this method, drag a road around the airport and place at least one police station on each side except for the main road connection to the rest of the city, demolish or disconnect the corner roads this is so that the police car routes remain on their respective side and not end up going pass

I think you should review these mods/plugins, and see if they don't conflict with one another. like are they similar? or do their functions overlap? or maybe version issues. is your game up to date to the requirement of the plugin? refer to each readme to find out the information. it helps if you want to manually debug your plugins maybe do it like this, start out by clearing the plugins folder and just one by one add each plugin and start the game and run a normal game. then exit and place another plugin and play through around 5 mins. continue doing this until you hit a problem. go back to the last mod you placed and check the info about it. it's kind of a pain, but i dnt know a better way hehe
